بَابُ مَنْ أَمَّ النَّاسَ فَلْيُخَفِّفْ .
Whoever leads people in prayer should keep it light
Majma al-Zawaid 2383 — Whoever leads people in prayer should keep
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : سَمِعَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - صَوْتَ صَبِيٍّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَخَفَّفَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: (Once, while leading the prayer,) the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard the voice of a child, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) shortened the prayer.
