وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى الْخُمْرَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ وَفِيهِ اخْتِلَافٌ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): He used to offer prayer on a mat.
