بَابُ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ وَأَكْثَرِ مِنْهُ .

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يُصَلِّي فَوَجَدَ الْقَرَّ فَقَالَ : " يَا عَائِشَةُ أَرْخِي عَلَيَّ مِرْطَكِ" قَالَتْ : إِنِّي حَائِضٌ قَالَ : عِلَّةً وَبُخْلًا " إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : لَهَا عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - صَلَّى فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ بَعْضُهُ عَلَيَّ ، وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : كَانَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَعَلَيَّ مِرْطٌ لِي بَعْضُهُ عَلَيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
قُلْتُ : لَهَا عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - صَلَّى فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ بَعْضُهُ عَلَيَّ ، وَلِمُسْلِمٍ : كَانَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَعَلَيَّ مِرْطٌ لِي بَعْضُهُ عَلَيْهِ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying when he felt the cold, so he said: O Aishah! Put your wrap over me as well. She said: I am menstruating. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: An excuse and stinginess! Your menstruation is not in your hand.
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam Abu Dawud recorded a narration from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying in a single garment, part of which was over me. Imam Muslim recorded this narration: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying at night and I was by his side; I was menstruating, and part of my wrap was over me and part of it was over the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
