وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ مُتَوَكِّئًا عَلَى أُسَامَةَ مُرْتَدِيًا بِثَوْبِ قُطْنٍ فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: During the illness in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, he came out leaning on Sayyiduna Usamah (may Allah be pleased with him), wrapped in a cotton garment, and he led the people in prayer.
