بَابُ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ وَأَكْثَرِ مِنْهُ .

وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ : بِتُّ بِآلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لَيْلَةً فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيْهِ طَرَفُ لِحَافٍ وَعَلَى عَائِشَةَ طَرَفُهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ لَا تُصَلِّي .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I spent a night at the house of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up and began to pray; part of a quilt was over him and part of it was over Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her), who was menstruating and was not praying.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
