وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : عَلَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَيَقُولُ : " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَافْتَحْ لَنَا أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ " وَإِذَا خَرَجَ صَلَّى عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لَنَا أَبْوَابَ فَضْلِكَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught Sayyiduna Imam al-Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he entered the mosque he should send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and say: "O Allah, forgive us our sins and open for us the doors of Your mercy"; and when he came out of the mosque he should send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and say: "O Allah, open for us the doors of Your bounty."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Salim bin Abd al-A'la, who is matruk (abandoned).
