Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 2087

Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever performs ablution in his house and does it well, then comes to the mosque, is the guest of Allah Almighty, and it is the duty of the host to honour the guest."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; the narrators of one of its two chains are the narrators of the Sahih.
