وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " بَشِّرِ الْمَشَّائِينَ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ فِي الظُّلَمِ بِالنُّورِ التَّامِّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيُّ وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ مُوَثَّقُونَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيُّ وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ مُوَثَّقُونَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give those who walk to the mosques in the darkness the glad tidings of (being granted) complete light on the Day of Resurrection."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains al-Abbas bin Amir al-Dabbi, and I have not found anyone who has written a biography of him. The rest of its narrators have been declared trustworthy.
