عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " لَا تُصَلُّوا فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ الْجِنِّ خُلِقَتْ ، أَلَا تَرَوْنَ إِلَى عُيُونِهَا وَهَيْئَتِهَا إِذَا نَفَرَتْ ؟ وَصَلُّوا فِي مَرَابِدِ الْغَنَمِ فَإِنَّهَا هِيَ أَقْرَبُ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَصَلُّوا فِي مَرَاحِ الْغَنَمِ فَإِنَّهَا بَرَكَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ " .
وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ بِاخْتِصَارٍ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ وَقَدْ صَرَّحَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بِقَوْلِهِ حَدَّثَنِي .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَصَلُّوا فِي مَرَاحِ الْغَنَمِ فَإِنَّهَا بَرَكَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ " .
وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ بِاخْتِصَارٍ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ وَقَدْ صَرَّحَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بِقَوْلِهِ حَدَّثَنِي .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Do not pray in the resting places of camels, for they were created from the jinn. Have you not seen how their eyes and their appearance become when they bolt? Pray in the pens of sheep and goats, for they are closer to mercy." Ahmad and Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it, except that he worded it: "Pray in the pens of sheep and goats, for they are a blessing from the Most Merciful."
Ibn Majah and Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on them) recorded it in abridged form. The narrators of Ahmad are thiqat (trustworthy), and Ibn Ishaq has stated explicitly that his teacher narrated this hadith to him.
