Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1912

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He sent for Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) so that he would give the adhan for the people, but he could not be found. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a man, and he gave the adhan. After that, Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) came and intended to give the iqamah, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The iqamah should be given by the one who gave the adhan."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Sa'id bin Rashid al-Sammak, who is da'if (weak).
