Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 187

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no faith for the one who has no trustworthiness, and there is no religion for the one who has no (regard for his) covenant. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, a man's religion is not upright until his tongue is upright, and his tongue is not upright until his heart is upright, and a man will not enter Paradise until his neighbour is safe from his harm." It was asked: "What is meant by his harm?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "His deceiving and his wrongdoing. (He (peace and blessings be upon him) also said:) Whoever acquires wealth unlawfully and then spends from it, no blessing will be placed for him in that wealth; and if he gives (that wealth) in charity, it will not be accepted; and whatever wealth remains will be his provision for the journey to Hell. Indeed, an impure thing does not wipe out an impure thing; rather, a pure thing wipes out (the impure thing)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain mentions that Husayn bin Madh'ur narrated it from Faras al-Taymi, and I have not seen anyone mention either of them.
