Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18640

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about Paradise, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever enters Paradise will live in it and will not die; he will be in bliss and will not despair; his clothes will not wear out, and his youth will not come to an end." It was asked: "O Messenger of Allah, what is it built of?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One brick is of gold and one brick is of silver, its mortar is of musk, its soil is of saffron, and its pebbles are of pearls and rubies."
Al-Tabarani recorded it with a chain whose narrators al-Tirmidhi declared hasan (good).
