Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18617

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) states: While mentioning Hell, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of Hell are every coarse, arrogant, haughty person who amasses (wealth) excessively and withholds (it from being spent in the way of Allah); and the people of Paradise are the weak and the overpowered (in the world)."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
