Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Some people of my Ummah will be punished for their sins; they will remain in Hell for as long as Allah wills. Then the idolaters will taunt them, saying: 'We do not think that the affirmation you made and the faith you had have been of any benefit to you.' At that point Allah Almighty will bring out every believer in the Oneness of Allah (from Hell)." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "Those who disbelieved will wish that they had been Muslims." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Hadiths narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) are mentioned in the Sahih, but without this context.
At-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Bassam al-Sayrafi, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
