وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ : خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَلَمْ يَشْبَعْ هُوَ وَلَا أَهْلُهُ مِنْ خُبْزِ الشَّعِيرِ . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) left this world, and neither he nor his family ever ate their fill of barley bread.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
