بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يُؤَخِّرُ الصَّلَاةَ عَنِ الْوَقْتِ .

وَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - : ( الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ) قَالَ : " هُمُ الَّذِينَ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى مَرْفُوعًا بِنَحْوِ هَذَا وَمَوْقُوفًا ، وَفِيهِ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : رَوَاهُ الْحُفَّاظُ مَوْقُوفًا وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ غَيْرُهُ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى مَرْفُوعًا بِنَحْوِ هَذَا وَمَوْقُوفًا ، وَفِيهِ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : رَوَاهُ الْحُفَّاظُ مَوْقُوفًا وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ غَيْرُهُ .
Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about this statement of Allah Almighty: "Those who are heedless of their prayers." He said: "They are those who delay the prayer beyond its proper time."
Al-Bazzar and Abu Ya'la recorded it as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet), and also recorded it as mawquf (stopping at the Companion). Its chain contains a narrator, Ikrimah bin Ibrahim, whom Ibn Hibban and others declared da'if (weak). Al-Bazzar said: The huffaz (hadith masters) recorded it as mawquf; no one other than this narrator recorded it as marfu'.
