Taking provision from this world for the Hereafter

عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ يَتَزَوَّدْ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا يَنْفَعْهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes provision from this world, it (that provision) will benefit him in the Hereafter."
