وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ يَهْوِي بِهَا فِي النَّارِ كَذَا وَكَذَا خَرِيفًا " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A man says something, and because of it he will keep falling into Hell for so many and so many years."
