وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مَنْ يَزْهَدُ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَادْنُوَا مِنْهُ ; فَإِنَّهُ يَلْقَى الْحِكْمَةَ " . رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْبَلْخِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you see someone who is detached from the world, stay close to him, for he will have been granted wisdom."
