وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " كُلُّ نَفْسٍ تُحْشَرُ عَلَى هَوَاهَا ، فَمَنْ هَوَى الْكُفْرَ فَهُوَ مَعَ الْكَفَرَةِ ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُهُ عِلْمُهُ شَيْئًا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضُعَفَاءُ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقُوا .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every person will be resurrected according to his desire. Whoever desires disbelief will be with the disbelievers, and his knowledge will not benefit him at all."
