Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1791

It is reported about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that after the morning prayer he passed by a man who was sleeping after the prayer, and he nudged him with his foot until he woke up. Then Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Do you people not know that at this hour Allah Almighty turns His attention to His creation and, through His mercy, admits a great many of them into Paradise?
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator who could not be identified.
