وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْيَوْمَ الرِّهَانُ وَغَدًا السِّبَاقُ ، وَالْغَايَةُ الْجَنَّةُ أَوِ النَّارُ ، وَالْهَالِكُ مَنْ دَخَلَ النَّارَ . أَنَا الْأَوَّلُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمُصَلِّي ، وَعُمَرُ الثَّالِثُ ، وَالنَّاسُ بَعْدِي عَلَى السَّبْقِ ، الْأَوَّلُ فَالْأَوَّلُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَفِيهِ أَصْرَمُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْأَوْسَطِ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْعَنْزِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ جِدًّا .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Today is the day of entering the race, and tomorrow will be the day of the result. The final end will be Paradise or Hell, and the one who is ruined is he who enters Hell. I am the one who goes ahead first, Abu Bakr comes after that, Umar comes after that, and the other people follow behind us rank by rank."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Asram bin Hawshab, who is matruk (abandoned), and the chain of al-Mu'jam al-Awsat contains al-Walid bin al-Fadl al-Anazi, who is extremely da'if (weak).
