Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1760

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sleeps before Isha, may his eye not sleep." Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I never saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sleeping before this prayer or talking after it.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Ubayd bin Umayr, who is "da'if (weak)".
