وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مَوْقُوفًا بِاخْتِصَارٍ ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ : " فَإِذَا بَلَغَ السِّتِّينَ رَزَقَهُ اللَّهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - إِنَابَةً يُحِبُّهُ عَلَيْهَا " .
Ahmad recorded this narration in abridged form as mawquf, and in it he recorded these words: "When he becomes 60 years old, Allah Almighty grants him turning to Him and, because of that, loves him (the servant)."
