وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ بِمِثْلِهِ .
رَوَاهُمَا أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَإِسْنَادُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حَسَنٌ .
رَوَاهُمَا أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَإِسْنَادُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حَسَنٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated something similar from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Ahmad recorded both these narrations; the narrators of the hadith reported by Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) are the narrators of the Sahih, and the chain of the narration of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) is hasan (good).
