بَابُ وَقْتِ الْمَغْرِبِ .

وَعَنِ الصُّنَابِحِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَزَالُ أُمَّتِي فِي مَسْكَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهَا مَا لَمْ يَنْتَظِرُوا بِالْمَغْرِبِ اشْتِبَاكَ النُّجُومِ مُضَاهَاةَ الْيَهُودِ ، وَمَا لَمْ يُؤَخِّرُوا الْفَجْرَ مُضَاهَاةَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna al-Sunabihi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Ummah will remain upon the teachings of the religion as long as they do not wait for the stars to shine for Maghrib, which is the way of the Jews, and as long as they do not delay Fajr so much, which is the way of the Christians."
