Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17328

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: Your raising your hands is an innovation (bid'ah); the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not do more than this. The narrator says: He meant that he did not take them above the chest.
Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains Bishr bin Harb, who is da'if (weak).
