عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : لَا يَنْبَغِي الصَّلَاةُ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَلَى أَحَدٍ إِلَّا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مَوْقُوفًا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: "It is not appropriate for anyone to send salah (blessings) upon anyone except upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it as a 'mawquf' report, and its narrators are the narrators of the 'Sahih'.
