Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17261

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man asked: O Messenger of Allah! Is there any supplication that is not rejected? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes! Recite this:
'As'aluka bismika al-A'la, al-A'azz, al-Ajall, al-Akram' (I ask You by that Name of Yours which is the Most High, the Most Mighty, the Most Majestic, the Most Honourable.)
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain contains narrators whom I do not know.
