Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two kinds of supplication between which and Allah Almighty there is no veil: the supplication of the oppressed, and a man's supplication for his brother made in his absence."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr al-Mulayki, and he is da'if (weak).
