عَنْ أَنَسٍ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مَرَّ بِقَوْمٍ مُبْتَلَيْنَ فَقَالَ : " أَمَا كَانَ هَؤُلَاءِ يَسْأَلُونَ اللَّهَ الْعَافِيَةَ ؟ " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by some people who were afflicted, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Did these people not ask Allah Almighty for well-being?"
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
