Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17167

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his head and looked towards the ceiling of the house, he would recite:
'Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk' (Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise is Yours; I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance).
Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about these words, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to say them."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know.
