وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : كَانَ أَبْعَدَ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ دَارًا مِنْ مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَبُو لَبَابَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ - مِنْ أَهْلِ قُبَاءٍ - وَأَبُو عَبَسِ بْنُ جَبْرٍ - وَمَسْكَنُهُ فِي بَنِي حَارِثَةَ - فَيُصَلِّيَانِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الْعَصْرَ ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِيَانِ قَوْمَهُمَا وَمَا صَلَّوْا لِتَعْجِيلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ .
قُلْتُ : لِأَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ فِي تَعْجِيلِ الْعَصْرِ غَيْرِ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْكَبِيرِ ثِقَاتٌ ، إِلَّا ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ مُدَلِّسٌ وَقَدْ عَنْعَنَهُ .
قُلْتُ : لِأَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ فِي تَعْجِيلِ الْعَصْرِ غَيْرِ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْكَبِيرِ ثِقَاتٌ ، إِلَّا ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ مُدَلِّسٌ وَقَدْ عَنْعَنَهُ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The two men of the Ansar whose homes were farthest from the mosque of the Messenger of Allah were Sayyiduna Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundhir (may Allah be pleased with him), who was from Quba', and Sayyiduna Abu Abs bin Jabr (may Allah be pleased with him), whose residence was in the quarter of Banu Harithah. Yet both of them would offer the Asr prayer behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then return to their people, and those people would not yet have prayed. The reason was that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would offer the Asr prayer early. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) about offering the Asr prayer early is also recorded in the "Sahih", but it is other than this hadith.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat and al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. The narrators of al-Mu'jam al-Kabir are thiqat (trustworthy), except that the case of Ibn Ishaq is different: he is a mudallis (one who practises tadlis), and he narrated this report with 'an'anah.
