It is reported about Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he lay down, he would recite:
'Allahumma inni as'aluka ghina al-ahli wal-mawla, wa a'udhu bika an tad'uwa 'alayya rahimun qata'tuha' (O Allah, I ask You for the prosperity of my family and my slaves, and I seek refuge in You from a womb (that is, a tie of kinship) that I have severed praying against me.)
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is jayyid (good).
