Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17019

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: In the morning the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite:
'Asbahtu ya rabbi ushhiduka, wa ushhidu mala'ikataka wa anbiya'aka wa rusulaka wa jami'a khalqika 'ala shahadati 'ala nafsi, inni ashhadu annaka antallahu la ilaha illa ant, wahdaka la sharika lak, wa anna Muhammadan 'abduka wa rasuluk, wa u'minu bik, wa atawakkalu 'alayk' (O my Lord, I have entered the morning; I call You to witness, and I call to witness Your angels, Your prophets, Your messengers and all Your creation, to this testimony of mine about myself: indeed I bear witness that You are Allah, there is no god other than You, You alone are God, You have no partner, and that Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is Your servant and Your Messenger; I believe in You and I put my trust in You).
He (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite these words three times.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat via Abu Jamil al-Ansari from al-Qasim, and I do not know him; the hadith of its remaining narrators is hasan (good).
