Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever Allah Almighty grants a blessing, and he wishes for that blessing to remain, should recite 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' abundantly." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse:
"And why, when you entered your garden, did you not say: 'What Allah wills (comes to pass); there is no power except with the help of Allah'?" [Al-Kahf: 39]
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Khalid bin Najih, and he is kadhdhab (a liar).
