Book of Remembrance
بَابٌ فِي الَّذِينَ إِذَا رُءُوا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ .
Those who, when they are seen, Allah is remembered
Majma al-Zawaid 16780 — Those who, when they are seen, Allah
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ مِنَ النَّاسِ مَفَاتِيحَ لِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ، إِذَا رُءُوا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are some people who are keys to the remembrance of Allah; when they are seen, Allah Almighty is remembered."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Amr bin al-Qasim, whom I do not know. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
