عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " يَقُولُ اللَّهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ : سَيَعْلَمُ أَهْلُ الْجَمْعِ مَنْ أَهْلُ الْكَرَمِ " . فَقِيلَ : وَمَنْ أَهْلُ الْكَرَمِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " مَجَالِسُ الذِّكْرِ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ ، وَأَحَدُهُمَا حَسَنٌ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى كَذَلِكَ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will say: 'Soon the people of the Gathering will know who the people of honour are.'" It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, who are the people of honour?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those of the gatherings of remembrance in the mosques."
Ahmad recorded it with two chains, one of which is hasan (good). Abu Ya'la also
recorded it likewise.
