وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " طُوبَى لِمَنْ رَآنِي وَآمَنَ بِي ، وَطُوبَى لِمَنْ آمَنَ بِي وَلَمْ يَرَنِي . سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، وَرِجَالُهَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ أَيْمَنَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Glad tidings (tuba) to the one who saw me and who believed in me, and glad tidings seven times to the one who believed in me and did not see me."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it with various chains. Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except Ayman bin Malik al-Ash'ari, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
