A man from the tribe of Khath'am states: During the expedition of Tabuk we were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). One night he (peace and blessings be upon him) stopped, and his Companions gathered around him, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tonight Allah Almighty has given me the two treasures: the treasure of Persia and the treasure of Rome. And He has supported me with kings, the kings of Himyar, the fair-skinned people; though in truth kingship belongs to Allah Almighty alone. They will come, take from the wealth of Allah, and fight in the path of Allah." He said this three times.
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Hammam al-Sha'bani, and I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
