Urwah bin Ruwaym states: Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) came to Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him), who was in Damascus at the time. The narrator states: He went in to him, and Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: "Narrate to me a hadith that you heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) directly, with no one between you and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in it." Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Faith is Yemeni, and like this towards Lakhm and Judham."
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Urwah bin Ruwaym, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
