وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " لَا يُبْغِضُ الْعَرَبَ مُؤْمِنٌ ، وَلَا يُحِبُّ ثَقِيفًا مُؤْمِنٌ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ سَهْلُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) states: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No believer will hate the Arabs, and no believer will love Thaqif."
