وَعَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَتْ : نَظَرَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فَقَالَ : " هَذَا فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، وَإِنَّ مِنْ شِيعَتِهِ يَلْفِظُونَ الْإِسْلَامَ يَرْفُضُونَهُ ، لَهُمْ نَبَزٌ يُسَمُّونَ الرَّافِضَةَ ، مَنْ لَقِيَهُمْ فَلْيَقْتُلْهُمْ ; فَإِنَّهُمْ مُشْرِكُونَ " . رَوَاهُ أَبْو يَعْلَى ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ إِلَّا أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ عَلِيٍّ لَمْ تَسْمَعْ مِنْ فَاطِمَةَ فِيمَا أَحْسِبُ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Muhammad (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked at Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "This one will go to Paradise, and among his party there will be people who will throw Islam away and cast it aside. They will have a particular name: they will be called al-Rafidah. Whoever meets them, let him kill them, for they will be polytheists."
Abu Ya'la recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), except that in my view Sayyidah Zaynab bint Ali (may Allah be pleased with her) did not hear from Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her); and Allah knows best.
