وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " سَأَلْتُ رَبِّي أَنْ لَا أَتَزَوَّجَ إِلَى أَحَدٍ ، وَلَا أُزَوِّجَ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا كَانَ مَعِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، فَأَعْطَانِي ذَلِكَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَمَّارُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَمَّارُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I asked my Lord that whoever I marry into, or whoever I give in marriage to, will be with me in Paradise, and my Lord granted me that."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Ammar bin Sayf, whom a group declared da'if (weak), while Yahya bin Ma'in declared him thiqah (trustworthy); the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
