وَعَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ : فِي سَنَةِ إِحْدَى هَلَكَ أَبُو أُمَامَةَ : أَسْعَدُ بْنُ زُرَارَةَ ، أَخَذَتْهُ الذُّبَحَةُ ، وَالْمَسْجِدُ يُبْنَى .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Ibn Ishaq said: In the year 1 AH, Sayyiduna Abu Umamah As'ad bin Zurarah (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away. He was seized by an illness called "dhubhah", while the mosque was being built.
