Abu al-Bakhtari narrates: Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) acquired a slave girl, and he said to her in Persian: "Pray!" She replied: "No!" Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Make one prostration!" She replied: "No!" It was said to Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him): "O Abu Abdullah! Of what use will one prostration be to this woman?" Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If she prayed, she would pray. The one who has a share in Islam is not like the one who has no share."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Dirar bin Surad Abu Nu'aym, who is extremely da'if (weak).
