وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " ابْسُطْ ثَوْبَكَ " . فَبَسَطْتُهُ ، فَحَدَّثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَامَّةَ النَّهَارِ ، ثُمَّ تَفِلَ فِي ثَوْبِي ، ثُمَّ ضَمَمْتُ ثَوْبِي إِلَى بَطْنِي فَمَا نَسِيتُ شَيْئًا بَعْدُ . قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا السِّيَاقِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ اللَّيْثِيُّ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَقَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ : كَانَ مَالِكٌ يَرْضَاهُ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُنْدَعِيُّ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ اللَّيْثِيُّ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ ، وَقَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ : كَانَ مَالِكٌ يَرْضَاهُ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ، وَعُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُنْدَعِيُّ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Spread out your garment!" So I spread it out, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told me various things for the greater part of the day. Then he put some of his saliva into my garment. Then I wrapped my garment and pressed it to my stomach, and after that I did not forget anything. (Allamah al-Haythami said:) I say:
This report is in the Sahih without this context.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz al-Laythi, whom the majority declared da'if (weak), while Sa'id bin Mansur said: Malik was pleased with him, and he is thiqah (trustworthy). Its chain also contains Umar bin Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman al-Jund'i, whom I do not know, and the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
