عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ : خَيَّرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بَيْنَ الْهِجْرَةِ وَالنُّصْرَةِ ، فَاخْتَرْتُ الْهِجْرَةَ . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، وَهُوَ حَسَنُ الْحَدِيثِ .
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave me the choice between Hijrah (migration) and Nusrah (support), and I chose Hijrah.
Al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except Ali bin Zayd, and he is hasan al-hadith (good in hadith).
