Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 15772

Muhammad bin Ishaq mentioned, among the names of those who took part in the Battle of Badr, Sayyiduna Muhammad (may Allah be pleased with him) bin Maslamah bin Khalid bin Adi bin Majda'ah bin Harithah bin al-Harith bin al-Khazraj bin Amr bin Malik bin al-Aws, of the Ansar, from Banu Harithah. He was an ally of Banu Abd al-Ashhal.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators up to Ibn Ishaq are thiqat (trustworthy).
