بَابُ مَنَاقِبِ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَرَضِيَ عَنْهَا
Virtues of Maymunah bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her), wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)

وَعَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ قَالَ : كُنْتُ فِي بَعْثٍ مَرَّةً ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " اذْهَبْ فَأْتِنِي بِمَيْمُونَةَ " . فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي فِي الْبَعْثِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَلَيْسَ تُحِبُّ مَا أُحِبُّ ؟ " . فَقُلْتُ : بَلَى . قَالَ : " فَاذْهَبْ فَأْتِنِي بِهَا " . فَذَهَبْتُ فَجِئْتُهُ بِهَا . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I was in an expedition. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Go and bring Maymunah to me. I said: O Messenger of Allah! I am to go on an expedition. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do you not like what I like? I said: Yes, I do! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then go and bring her. So I went and brought her.
Ahmad recorded it; its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except al-Hasan bin Ali bin Abi Rafi', and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
